Payment Policy:

Payment is due when items are ordered unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.  Customers that have established credit terms with us may select the “Pay Later” option at check-out.  Late fees will be applied to all credit accounts that fall past due.   We can accommodate Purchase Orders, please contact sales@protective-solutions.com with PO details.

Sales Policy:

Certain products offered for sale on this website may have restrictions on their sales and be limited to law enforcement agencies, as an example.  Protective Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to confirm the conditions of any sales and to refuse a sale if deemed not proper or not in accordance with local laws.

Warranty Policy:

Limited warranties are provided by the various manufacturers that Protective Solutions represents.  Warranty details are stated in the descriptions of the individual products.   Limited warranties generally cover defects encountered in normal use and do not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Loss of or damage due to abuse, mishandling, improper packaging by you, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations, failure to follow operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed in the user manual or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, water damage, sand/dust/corrosion damage, damage due to impact, scratches, abrasions, or other accidental damage to any other accessories that has been determined to have resulted from misuse, abuse or failure to operate the units as set forth in the operating instructions.
  • Use of any parts, accessories, or supplies which are not compatible with the items purchased.

Shipping/Returns & Refund Policy:

Shipping is estimated using UPS Ground.  Most products ship via UPS Ground with transit times ranging most often from 2 to 4 business days. For expedited shipping on any orders, please call 248-787-4292 for an estimate of cost.  We reserve the right to ship via USPS or other alternate means.

Due to the weight, shipping for armor is calculated manually.  The shipping at check-out is an estimate only and will be adjusted on the final invoice.

Protective Solutions has a non-cash refund policy.  If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you may return your item for an exchange or for store credit within the 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase.  Shipping is non-refundable. Shipping to and from Protective Solutions is at the customer’s expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
